Our quality assurance staff is trained and dedicated to comply with the AIAG core tools (e.g. MSA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA) and to meet customer specific requirements. (CQI-9, CQI-11, CQI-12, CQI-15 etc.)
Quality Assurance
To maintain consistently high quality, we maintain rigorous process checks, and employ state-of-the-art measurement and verification technologies, including:
- Gauge-track calibration software
- A complete weld laboratory, with cut-and-etch capabilities and microscopic analysis
- Hardness testing technology
- Push out/ torque testing on projection and MIG welded assemblies
- PC-DMIS CMM facilities
- Mini Tab statistical software
